Freedom Rentals app

In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to the Freedom Rentals app.
2. Tap Account at the top of the home screen.
3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password, and confirm.

Your sign-in, password, PIN, notifications and phone notification address are deleted right away, and you come off your company's account.

Without the app

To ask us to delete your app account, email admin@freedomrentals.com or call your Freedom Rentals branch from the email you signed up with. We delete it within 30 days.

What we keep

Rental, invoice and payment records belong to your company's account and are kept for accounting and tax purposes. Photos and notes you sent about a rental stay with that rental.

Employees

Employee accounts are work accounts managed by Freedom Rentals. Ask your manager or the administrator to close yours.
